- A strong Drug/Alcohol Free Workplace Program with zero tolerances.
- OSHA required training programs completed annually.
- Partnership with an outside Consultant Group to help us ensure compliance and make our workplace as safe as it can be.
- We are a Certified Site for Crane Training/Certifications with the National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO).
- One of the strongest Experience Modification Rates in the industry (EMOD / EMR / XMOD / EMR Rating).
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements evaluated and adhered to for each job.
- Monthly Audits performed by each Department Safety Committee member.
- Weekly Tool Box Topics discussed with all employees.
- Safety Recognition Programs.
