Beehler Stamping Division- Stamping Operator:


  • Running production on Rotary Press.
  • Track downtime on Press.
  • Ensure quality is in conformity with standards set for parts.
  • Inspect parts during production run, per guidelines.
  • Change dies and make machine/feed adjustments as need.
  • Assist with maintenance on machine when necessary.
  • Use and understanding measurement devices including Go/No-go gauges, calipers, tape measures etc.
  • Work with quality department to work through any issues or concerns with the appearance, specifications, defects etc.
  • Learn how to read/understand Prints and drawings.
  • Work safely in every task assigned.
  • Perform other tasks in the plant as needed.

Millwright Division- Millwright:


  • Weld with wire, stick, and tig in the fabrication shop.
  • Assemble equipment.
  • Operate fabrication equipment.
  • Operate Company provided equipment safely.
  • Travel to jobsites In of Missouri and occasionally to other states, as necessary.
  • Plan, Develop and Execute on customer projects.
  • Read & interpret drawings.
  • Operate rough terrain forklifts.
  • Communicates with other team members.
  • Lead by example with Safety Protocols.
  • Ensure Timecards in ERP system are accurate for reporting/billing purposes.
  • Complete all tasks as assigned by Upper Management.

Tube Mill Division- Mill Operator:


  • Adherence to company rules, safety policies, and good housekeeping practices.
  • Understanding of and adherence to production needs and quality guidelines.
  • Ability to follow and execute the production schedule.
  • Follow qualitative procedures so the product can be tested and documented during production.
  • Coordinate with and direct the Tube Mill members to meet the day-to-day production requirements.
  • Operate tube mill drives, high-frequency welder, and mill ancillary systems (coolants, lubricants, OD scarfing, etc.) to ensure optimal performance and run speeds. Exceptions to this may include required adjustments for safety, quality, or operating issues necessitating stoppage or slowing of the process for when the need arises.
  • Choose and install the correct, consumable supplies, such as impeders and weld coils, then locate them in their correct positions to maximize HF welder efficiency. Support all aspects of safety, quality audits, and daily coaching so our team is safe and accident-free.
  • Monitor the tube-making process – balancing motors, ensuring HF welder operates at maximum efficiency; mill coolants are on and at correct incoming temperatures; lubricating systems are on and operating at correct flow rates.
  • Manage the safe removal and handling of the OD scarfing and related tools to ensure a proper weld.
  • Initiate and lead mill sizing changes. Adjust tooling according to qualitative requirements.
  • Forward-looking, set up, and operating line inspection devices such as weld alignment, Eddy Current testing, and inkjet equipment

Reel West Division- Maintenance Tech:


Those duties include but are not limited to the following…

    • Supporting, Repairing, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly PM’s and Check of the following equipment and assets.
      • Production Equipment
        • Stave Machine (Mechanical-chains, sprockets, bearings, cylinders, airlines, cut off, hydraulic units, sharpening cut off blades), (Electrical-troubleshoot and repair or replace damaged cables, sensors, switches, diagnose root cause of failure to reduce likelihood of recurrence) (Robotic welders- assist in wire changing, welder lead or feeder repairs)
        • Spoke Machines-Current State Line 1 and Line 2 (Mechanical chains, sprockets, bearings, cylinders, airlines, hydraulic units, punches, mandrels, sharpening cut off blades and punches), (Electrical-troubleshoot and repair or replace damaged cables, sensors, switches, diagnose root cause of failure to reduce likelihood of recurrence)
        • Flange Assembly Cells Current State Line 1 and Line 2 (Mechanical chains, sprockets, bearings, cylinders, airlines), (Electrical-troubleshoot and repair or replace damaged cables, sensors, switches, diagnose root cause of failure to reduce likelihood of recurrence) (Robotic welders- assist in wire changing, welder lead or feeder repairs)
      • Support Equipment
        • Forklifts (Electric, Yard Lift, Bi-directional Lifts) Daily/Weekly Checks, monthly PMs, communication with service company about scheduling service with least amount of impact on production.
      • Facility Equipment
        • Liquid Argon (Welding gas for production) Daily inspection of pressure and tank volume. Changing out oxygen banks for mixing process. Possible communication with supplier regarding pickup and delivery.
        • Air Compressors/Dryers Daily, Weekly, Monthly inspection of operation and functionality. Inspecting/replacing filters, looking for leaks, or oil consumption, draining water traps.
        • Ventilation System Daily, Weekly, Monthly inspection of operation and functionality. Monitor filter pressure differential, monitor filter coating process (Machine is coming currently, we manually coat filters) drain water traps on compressed air purge system, dump catch barrels, replace filters as needed approximately 6-8 months.
        • Air Conditioners Monthly checks, inspect/clean prefilters and, inspect unit. Quarterly replace filters and wash coils.
