Electrical Division- Commercial Electrician:

In this position, you service our internal and external clients' buildings as needed. You respond to repair calls and make periodic visits for inspections and preventative maintenance. Your main priority is to make sure our clients' business is not interrupted by electricity problems. You also install and repair electrical wiring and a variety of systems, using both power and hand tools to service facilities.

Commercial Electricial Duties and Responsibilities

  • Connect wires to lights and circuit breakers. 
  • Test and diagnose issues with electrical systems. 
  • Ensure you have the tools and supplies to make the repairs or installation. 
  • Fix any issues that come up or contact the proper third-party vendors for replacement parts. 
  • Install new circuit breakers, alarms, and other electrical products. 

Job Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED certificate.
  • Completed electrician appreticeship program.
  • 5+ years of electrician experience.
  • Strong mechanical and blueprint reading skills.
  • Lift up to 50lbs.
  • Bend, crawl, work above for head for long periods of time, communicate with your team effectively.
  • Have the ability to work long hours or weekends when necessary.
  • Any other items necessary from management.

Beehler Division- Maintenance Tech:

In this position, you service our Beehler Division Facility Maintenance needs. You respond to repair request from the operators or managment. Your main priority is to make sure our business unit is not interrupted by mechanical problems or equipment failures. You also install and repair equipment and a variety of systems, using both power and hand tools to service facilities.

Maintenance Duties and Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot Rotary & Brake Presses for failures.
  • Perform maintenance on facility and equipment using software.
  • Maintain Air compressor system for plant.
  • Assist operators with maintenance needs.
  • Communicate effectively with equipment vendors. 
  • Test and diagnose issues with electrical systems. 
  • Ensure you have the tools and supplies to make the repairs or installation. 
  • Fix any issues that come up or contact the proper third-party vendors for replacement parts. 
  • Install & assist with new equipment.
  • MIG welding as needed.
  • Any other items requested by management. 

Job Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED certificate.
  • 3+ years of commercial maintenance experience.
  • Ability to troubleshoot pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical issues. 
  • Strong mechanical and blueprint reading skills.
  • Lift up to 50lbs.
  • Bend, crawl, work above for head for long periods of time.
  • Communicate with the team effectively.

Drafting  Division- Draftsman:

In this position, you will provide design and drafting skills for projects. May include detail component drawings, structural steel details, systems and structural layout work. Works directly with Customer and Drafting Director to ensure satisfaction. 

Drafting Duties and Responsibilities

  • Recieve design input & request from Customers and Sales.
  • Research various design possibilities when appropriate to minimize waste.
  • Complete detailed drawings in 2D & 3D for teh fabrication and field crews.
  • Assure that work is accurate and complete.
  • Assure that Customer standards and expectations are followed.
  • Assure appropriate application of dimensioning and tolerance values are applied to convey fabrication intent.
  • Produce clean and precise drawings that are easy to interpret. 
  • Travel to jobsites as necessary for collecting and verifying data.
  • Include fabrication notes to assist and clarify special procedures that may be needed.
  • Communicate effectively and positively with co-workers to resolve issues as they occur.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED certificate. Technical drafting degree preferred.
  • Working knowledge of CAD software.
  • Understanding of drafting practices and procedures.
  • Practical mechanical aptitude to understand functionality of machinery and equipment.
  • Must have technical comprehension skills to read and understand requirements from specifications, drawings, instructions, and other design input information.
  • Must be capable of working independently.
  • Organized, flexible and works well under light deadlines.
  • Knowledge of fabrication techniques, their applications, and limitations.
  • Understanding of fabrication and dimensioning practices as they relate to construction of equipment.
  • Must be able to manage multiple task at the same time.

Beehler Division- Press Operator:

In this position, you will be operating a rotary press to make metal stampings.  

Press Operator Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure the correct die is in the press for the part run.
  • Make sure the right material is set up for the parts.
  • Check the quality on the first articles.
  • Follow all safety protocols.
  • Make certain that the parts are produced to the specification desired. 
  • Return to your workstation on time from breaks and lunch.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED certificate.
  • Practical mechanical aptitude to understand functionality of machinery and equipment.
  • Must have technical comprehension skills and be able to use measurement devices such as calipers and go/no gauges.
  • Must be capable of working independently.
  • Must be able to meet production demands.
  • Keep and maintain a clean workspace.
  • Must be able to manage multiple task at the same time.
  • Any other items deemed necessary by the leadership.

Reel East Division- Welder:

In this position, you will be teamed up with another employee to mig weld on carbon steel in a fast paced production environment.   

Welder Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure the correct pieces is are staged for the size of parts you are putting together.
  • Make sure the right material is set up for the parts.
  • Check the quality of the welds as completed
  • Follow all safety protocols.
  • Make certain that are parts are completed on the flange before stacking
  • Return to your workstation on time from breaks and lunch.
  • Ensure that you are keeping up with the production pace.
  • Weld using a Mig (wire feed) welding machine.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED certificate.
  • Maintain good attendance.
  • Practical mechanical aptitude to understand functionality of machinery and equipment.
  • Must be capable of working independently.
  • Must be able to meet production demands.
  • Keep and maintain a clean workspace.
  • Must be able to manage multiple task at the same time.
  • Any other items deemed necessary by the leadership.
